Pure Eater issues promotional vouchers, gift cards and store credits, to be redeemed online only. If you have received a promotional voucher credit from us, these vouchers are not to be used with any other offer or sale items and will have a spending limit of $1 higher than our most expensive sale item (this is to ensure sale items can not be bought). Please check your voucher for the expiry date. No returns on sale items.
Gift certificates and store credits have no expiry date and can be redeemed on sales items.
All promotional vouchers, gift certificates and store credits can only be issued by Pure Eater and no third party.
Online Pricing and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST (for Australian residents only). You may choose to select the prices to be displayed AUD, USD or NZD.
Pure Eater only accepts payments via Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Paypal. We also accept payments via Pure Eater gift certificate, gift card or store credit, which must follow our voucher terms. Please see above.

All Australian domestic parcels will be sent via Toll Couriers. Australian based international deliveries will be shipped via Toll Couriers or Australia Post. All other deliveries will be shipped via postal service. Our awesome Customer Service Team will email you the tracking details and how many parcels to expect. Shipping within Australia via Toll Couriers, is a fixed shipping fee of $5.00 per order.
You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email including tracking number and instruction once your parcel has been shipped.

In the event that you have purchased an item(s), which for some reason is not immediately available, we will notify you immediately. We will offer a full refund, exchange or store credit.
We are more than happy to refund, exchange and store credit any item that has been brought to our attention, within 7 days of receiving the order. All returns must be in unopened, original condition.
Opened items and items not in their original condition can not be returned.
