Rob is currently a professional MMA athlete and coach, with a history of 22 professional fights to his name. Kick Boxing is his preferred and strongest style (working under Anthony Lange).

Rob has been a full time dedicated professional athlete since 2006. He also has been instructing MMA and its various disciplines since 2010. His training sessions range from technique to conditioning, either one on one, or in group classes. His skills include:
